At Luxe Nail Co we are so very excited to pamper you in the salon. We do have a few policies applicable, (additional to our regular T&C's), to ensure the safest possible salon environment for our clients & staff. Please take the time to read these covid-safe policies before your next appointment;

 

• Please attend appointments on your own. No plus-ones, children or babies are permitted into the salon with you, under any circumstances.

If any of the following applies to you, please contact us asap to reschedule your upcoming appointment:

• Do you have any cold or flu-like symptoms?

• Have you, or anyone in your household, tested positive to covid in the last 7 days? 

• Are you, or anyone in your household, completing Quarantine / Isolation or awaiting results of a Covid-19 test?

If you attend & show any symptoms of being unwell, your service will be refused & the appointment will need to be paid for on the day.

• We will only be accepting touchless card payments at this time - no cash.

• Once within the salon, you must sanitise your hands upon entry & practice good hygiene, being courteous towards others. Please do not touch anything after your hands have been re-sanitised at the nail desk. Please do not touch your face, phone, hair or clothing. Please keep your hands on the table at all times.

Our hygiene standards have always been, and will remain, second to none. We use hospital grade disinfectant within the salon. We wear fresh gloves at every service. All tools are sanitised in between clients. Nail files are not reused, they will be yours only; stored safely until your next appointment. We have purchased perspex screens for our nail tables, to protect our clients & staff from being within very close contact.
