FAQ

How can I book an appointment?

Click Book Now to make an appointment. Please note all bookings require a non-refundable 50% deposit that will be deducted from your payment at your appointment. We do not take bookings via Instagram or Facebook, only via our booking website.

How do I purchase a Gift Voucher?

Gift Vouchers (emailed e-vouchers) are available to be purchased online via our website, by clicking on the Gift Vouchers tab.

If you would prefer a physical gift voucher, you are welcome to pop into the salon to purchase one in person. Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years and are non-refundable.

How do I redeem a physical Gift Voucher?

If you have an E-Voucher, please head to our booking website to book online. When it comes time to pay the 50% deposit, simply enter your voucher code to complete your booking. If you have a physical voucher that was purchased in-person at the salon, please first head to our online booking to check availability for your preferred services, time & day, then email us with your voucher number, full name, mobile number, the preferred appointment date & time, and all services you would like to book (including nail art, shellac removal, etc.). We will reply within 1-2 business days to check over your booking details & then confirm your booking.

What's your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours notice if you cannot attend your appointment. If you have given us at least 24 hours notice, we will save your 50% deposit on file as credit for your next appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your 50% deposit. Any cancellations made within 6 hours of your appointment, or non-attendance, will require full payment for your missed appointment. Please see Bookings & T&C's for further information.

Can I bring my baby/child to my appointment?

We understand the struggle for mums with babies/little ones. However, we also need to be mindful that our studio is also a place where others come to relax. Please be courteous of our request not to bring babies or children into the salon.

How do I make a group booking?

Please Contact Us to enquire about group booking availability. Please note that all group bookings will require full payment to be paid at the time of booking. Group bookings can only be made up to 4 months in advance.

Can I still come in if I'm sick?

No. If you are unwell, please stay home. If you have had any illness (including gastro, or cold & flu symptoms), you must contact us ASAP to reschedule your appointment. If you attend the appointment showing symptoms of being unwell, your service will be refused and your appointment will need to be paid in full on the day.

What is builder gel?

Builder Gel (commonly known as BIAB / 'builder in a bottle') adds more strength & a little more thickness than gel polish on its own. If you have weaker nails or like to keep your nails longer, we may recommend this for you.

Do you do SNS, acrylics, or extensions?

We only work with gel polish and builder gel, we do not apply, or remove, SNS or Acrylic.

 

Sanitisation- How do you clean? Do you reuse tools on other clients?

We are highly efficient & dedicated to our cleaning processes. We use hospital grade cleaners on all surfaces between clients, we wear fresh gloves for every service and every single client has their own files; stored safely, to be used on you & only you. We do not share any files across our clients & sanitise all metal implements with hospital grade sanitiser.

Do you accept cash or card?

We only accept card payments, we do not accept cash.
