please read before booking an appointment
All bookings require a 50% deposit to be paid at the time of booking, this will be deducted from your appointment on the day. Group bookings will require full payment at the time of booking. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of your booking will result in loss of your deposit. If you cancel within 6 hours of your appointment, or fail to attend your appointment, you will be liable for 100% of the appointment fee, which will need to be paid on the day. If you no-show / fail to attend, you may be refused service in future, or, have to pay 100% of your booking fees in advance. If you cancel your appointment with sufficient notice, your deposit will be saved as a credit on your client card for later use. Please note we can not issue deposit refunds in any case.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, please let us know ASAP- your service may need to be changed, or cancelled if we do not have sufficient time to complete your service. If your appointment has to be altered or cancelled, you will be liable for the full service fee of the original booked appt. With regards to these terms/fees, we do take into consideration extreme circumstances, at our discretion.
Children in the salon: We understand the struggle for mums with babies/little ones. However, we also need to be mindful that our studio is also a place where others come to relax. Please be courteous of our request not to bring babies or children into the salon.
If you are sick/unable to attend please let us know ASAP so we can reschedule. Clients who attend showing signs of illness will be rescheduled & the appointment fee will need to be paid.
Luxe Nail Co has the right to cancel a booking at any time.
